Program Goals
- Prevent abuse and neglect and ensure the safety of children and parents.
- Enhance the parent-child bond.
Services
- Supervised Visitations: Scheduled visitations or supervised according to the level of supervision requested or ordered, including: (1) Full Direct, in which a staff person is in the room at all times with the visiting parent and child, and (2) Full Video, in which a staff person monitors the room throughout the entire visitation by video camera and microphone. Visitation frequency ranges from weekly visits to monthly or periodic visits, depending on the specific circumstances of each situation. Our program is available during daytime, evening or weekend hours.
- Supervised Exchanges: Exchanges to ensure children are not entangled in parental conflicts and to protect adults who share custody of their children but are not allowed contact with one another as a result of a protection order or other court decree.
- Parenting Feedback: Parenting feedback and information, serving as a tool to help families through difficult or transitional periods.
- Collaboration: Regular communication with other professionals as to how we can best structure our child visitation services to meet the needs of families involved with the court, foster care and child protective services.
