Evaluation Process
We encourage broad input into our program evaluation and involve clients, the community, program staff, board of directors and client records. Quantitative and qualitative data is compiled quarterly to determine if we are on track with our objectives, and we make changes as needed.
2007 Outcome Measurement Report
- Out of 110 surveys completed by clients, 74% were satisfied with services. (It is important to note that some clients were mandated and not always willing to receive services.)
Comments participants have made include:
“Always delightful staff, ready with a smile, prompt, courteous, respectful and easy to work with.”
“The Wishing Well staff is very helpful with any questions that I have ever had and I think that the Wishing Well has improved my bond with my children.”
“… So far you have been very helpful during this difficult time, and your services are greatly appreciated.”

100% of families were provided consistent visitation schedules.
Staff intervened in 4% of visitations regarding adult’s inappropriate behavior.
- Parents were given parenting feedback and information in 64% of visits and exchanges.
