Evaluation Process
We encourage broad input into our program evaluation and involve clients, the community, program staff, board of directors and client records. Quantitative and qualitative data is compiled quarterly to determine if we are on track with our objectives, and we make changes as needed.
2008 Outcome Measurement Report
- Out of 106 surveys completed by clients, 89% were satisfied with services. (It is important to note that some clients were mandated and not always willing to receive services.)
Comments participants have made include:
- “The Wishing Well has provided my family and I a safe environment to rebond with our family.”
- “I'm glad there's a place for both parents that deserve the right to visit their children in a safe environment.”
- “The people that work here have been very nice and easy to talk to, they make you feel very confortable.”
-
100% of families were provided consistent visitation schedules.
Staff intervened in 6% of visitations regarding adult’s inappropriate behavior.
- Parents were given parenting feedback and information in 74% of visits and exchanges.
