Evaluation Process
We encourage broad input into our program evaluation and involve clients, the community, program staff, board of directors and client records. Quantitavie and qualitative data is compiled quarterly to determine if we are on track with our objectives, and we make changes as needed.


2008 Outcome Measurement Report

  • 88% of those completing group demonstrated increased knowledge of domestic violence and their individual patterns of power and control. Comments that have been madeby clients regarding the changes they have made include:
    • "I listen to my partner's point of view. "
    • "Think about the problem from both sides."
    • "Seeing my relationship as a partnership."
  • 100% of intimate partners of group participants for whom we had contact information were contacted and provided safety information.
