Evaluation Process
We encourage broad input into our program evaluation and involve clients, the community, program staff, board of directors and client records. Quantitative and qualitative data is compiled quarterly to determine if we are on track with our objectives, and we make changes as needed.

- 99% of 88 clients surveyed were satisfied with our services. Comments that have been made by clients include:
- “I am very satisfied with all services provided and all were very essential for my recovery process.”
- “She helped me understand the process step-by-step and answered all of my questions.”
- “You gave me strength I didn't know I had. ”
- 92% of 87 clients surveyed indicated they had a better understanding of the criminal justice system.
- In 100% of the cases that were sentenced (245), clients were made aware of the sentencing.
