Evaluation Process
We encourage broad input into our program evaluation and involve clients, the community, program staff, board of directors and client records. Quantitative and qualitative data is compiled quarterly to determine if we are on track with our objectives, and we make changes as needed.

2007 Outcome Measurement Report .

  • 94% of 102 clients surveyed were satisfied with our services. Comments that have been made by clients include:
“She always kept me informed and always called me back with answers to my questions.”
“I never would have made it without her.”
“She was always there for us . . whether keeping us informed or just talking us through this awful experience we were going through.”
  • 98% of 94 clients surveyed indicated they had a better understanding of the criminal justice system.
  • In 100% of the cases that were sentenced (308), clients were made aware of the sentencing.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please feel free
to email us at embracepeace@cviconline.org.
