Evaluation Process
We encourage broad input into our program evaluation and involve clients, the community, program staff, board of directors and client records. Quantitative and qualitative data is compiled quarterly to determine if we are on track with our objectives, and we make changes as needed.

- 100% of 211 clients surveyed indicated that our services benefited their lives. Comments that have been made by clients include:
“I felt comfortable, safe and understood.”
“They make you feel it’s not your fault and there’s ways they can help me have a safe and healthy life for me and my kids.”
“CVIC was very helpful to me; they talked with me and helped me decide what I wanted to do.”
- 91% of 186 clients surveyed felt safer after receiving crisis intervention.
- 92% of 108 clients surveyed reported an increase in knowledge.
- 75% of 112 clients surveyed reported improvement in emotional health.
- 90% of 61 clients assisted took steps toward securing employment.
