Evaluation Process
We encourage broad input into our program evaluation and involve clients, the community, program staff, board of directors and client records. Quantitative and qualitative data is compiled quarterly to determine if we are on track with our objectives, and we make changes as needed.

- 99.6% of 206 Clients surveyd indicated that our services benefitted their lives. Comments that have been made by clients include:
- "The advocate has been very empathic and understanding, not sure
I could have got through this on my own."
- "I wouldn't have been able to get out of my situation without CVIC or getting the counseling I needed."
- "Very respectful staff that treated me well."
- 89% of 224 clients surveyed felt safer after receiving crisis intervention.
- 93% of 132 clients surveyed reported an increase in knowledge.
- 82% of 120 clients surveyed reported improvement in emotional condition.
- 97% of 67 with employment needs took steps toward securing employment/entering school.
