LEADERSHIP
One of CVIC’s greatest strengths is its dynamic leadership, consisting of its 11-member board of directors, executive director and management staff possessing a depth of knowledge and experience. The CVIC board represents a cross-section of our community, involving law enforcement, banking, law, health care and other fields. Organizational Accountability
Monitoring Plan: Our board and executive director meet monthly to review all aspects of center operations, following a monitoring plan that covers the areas of agency priorities and vision, mission and services, client and professional feedback, staff treatment and compensation, financial condition and planning, and board governance. This plan has been extremely successful in contributing to the fiscal and programmatic integrity of the center. Audits: CVIC has a comprehensive independent financial audit conducted annually by a reputable local accounting firm. The center also undergoes regular audits by the ND State Health Department and other grantors to ensure accountability. Board of Directors
